Vistas Equity Group LLC purchased the retail building at 3432 W. Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa, FL from a private investor for $1.25 million, or about $325 per square foot. The 3,852-square-foot retail building was constructed in 1978 in the South Tampa submarket of Hillsborough County. Jerry Smalley of The Sofran Group represented the seller.
